Veneto's certified Cretan menu consists of dishes based on traditional recipes, created using only fine ingredients. Vegetables are 100% organic and come from local producers.

Meat is provided by the nearby farms and fish comes from the Cretan sea. All dishes are cooked using only extra virgin olive oil.
